Quick update

Just wanted to say that we received our dossier back from the first agency today. They included a note wishing us luck and stating that they have submitted a request to their headquarters for a refund of all but our application fee (which we knew was non-refundable). I was very pleased with how fast they acted and how friendly they were about everything.

Also, I completed our application for the new agency last night and mailed it today. Hopefully, I'll hear from them next week. I'm not sure how long it will take after that point to process our application, but it didn't sound like a terribly long process when I first spoke to one of their representatives on the phone. I believe any time after that point, we will be eligible for a referral. It may not be too far away before we're posting some very exciting news!
