The latest

Didn't want to leave you all hanging. We've agreed to wait until Tuesday before officially withdrawing our profile from our current agency. The program coordinator is out of the office this week and they really want us to talk with her, so we have a conference call scheduled for Tuesday. I don't think there is any possibility of us changing our minds, but we do want to part ways on a good note.

In the meantime, we've been researching other agencies. I think I mentioned in my last post that we didn't feel real comfortable with the first agency Daron had talked with, but I think we hit the jackpot with the second one. I've gotten some good feedback from others about them, and the woman I talked with there was very professional and knowledgeable. They currently have baby boys waiting for homes, and for a girl it would be about a month's wait until referral. That most likely means we will be adopting a boy since we haven't stated a preference. We'll just have to wait and see how it all works out. Either way, we will be so blessed.
