New measurements
Gosh, I'm so desparate for information, that I get excited just to find out three new measurements! We received Adan's monthly report today. He is now weighing in at 11lbs 10oz (up from 10 lbs last month). His length is 54 cm and his head circumference is 38.5cm. It seems like he is growing nicely and should be a healthy little boy when we get to bring him home.
Now, I'm anxious to receive the next set of pictures. Our coordinator told us yesterday that we'll probably receive them between the 15th and 20th of each month. So, hopefully we'll have some new pics around the end of next week. I can't wait to see new pictures of his little face. I already study the pics we do have all the time, but I want to see how he's changing. I feel like we're missing out on so many things!
The gal who is taking our package to Guatemala is leaving tomorrow. She'll give the package to our agency's staff member there and they'll take it to him the next time they do a foster home visit which will probably be around the end of the month. One of the items we included was a disposable camera, so eventually we should get some pictures from the times between visits by the agency.
Once we get DNA confirmation, I plan to send a large package with a few cameras so the foster mom can take all kinds of pictures for us. Of course I'll be sending a long some clothes, books and toys as well!
